Come early to the APHA Convention for a farm tour of Texas horse country and meet well known APHA stallions.
APHA members traveling to Texas for the 2015 Convention next month will want to come in a day early to take advantage of the opportunity to meet these great APHA stallions as well as many notable AQHA stallions as part of the Farm Tour: Premier Paint Sire A Scenic Impulse, I Got Em Talkin, I Only Date Models, John Simon, Original Cowboy, The Big Sensation, and NSBA Hall of Fame inductee Zippos Sensation.
Nine equine facilities in the Pilot Point area will open their doors to welcome APHA Convention attendees on Thursday, February 26th, the day before Convention business begins. Hours, location, and contact information are found below.
This is a self guided tour, so participants can set their own schedule and pick and choose which farms they would like to visit. The Farm Tour is not an official APHA event and there is no cost to participate, however all Farm Tour participants are encouraged to make a donation to the American Paint Horse Foundation Youth Scholarship Fund. Participants must arrange their own transportation and carpooling from the Convention hotel is encouraged.
Thank you to all of the stallion and farm owners who have agreed to participate. This should be a fun day spent visiting beautiful horse farms and looking at nice Paint horses before APHA members get down to business at the 2015 Convention.
