Friday, July 25th–New Update from Greg Whalen’s daughter, Deborah Kail
It has been 24 hours since his surgery. Dad is sitting up and has walked already! The Mayo Hospital is simply amazing. Our whole family is so appreciative to all family and friends for their thoughts and prayers.

According to trainer and AQHA judge Debbie Kail of Scottsdale, Arizona, her father, Greg Whalen has heart surgery scheduled for July 23.
“It will be bypass surgery as well as replacing a valve and patching the aortic valve. If everything goes according to plan, it will be about five hours long. He will be in the hospital ten to 14 days days then to a rehabilitation facility for two to three weeks. Please keep him in your prayers.”
