PF Candids and Rundown from Huge 2014 Keystone Showdown

The Keystone Showdown that was held in Centre Hall, Pennsylvania just wrapped up Sunday with a huge turnout, great weather, and tough competition. There were 100 more horses that competed at the show this year with a combined total of over 6,000 entries for the six judges combined. Show management added more tent stalls to try and keep up with the demand of people wanting to attend the show. There were 500 plus stalls that were rented for the show.

The judges for the show were Kendra Weis, Tom Robertson, Jennifer McGrath, Brent Maxwell, Laura Gilmer, and Will Knabenshue. There were some late nights but show management already has plans to revamp the show schedule to make it more exhibitor friendly for next year. The majority of the classes had between 20 to 40 in the classes with several having to be split.
