Teams must compete in both contests in order to be eligible for the Pleasure Horse Double Crown award.

“The Pleasure Horse Double Crown offers a unique opportunity for young judges to test their skills on a variety of types of horses,”said Darrell Bilke, PtHA Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. “We want to reward contestants for their consistency across multiple contests.”

The entry fee is $100 per team of four or $25 per individual. Entries are due May 8. A coaches’ meeting will be held at 6:30 p.m. on Saturday, June 7, in the Ford Livestock Arena.
