From Peggy Knaus’ Facebook Page Friday, October 25

During the night last night our barn caught fire and burned to the ground. We lost eight show horses and all of our barn/training equipment. Your thoughts and prayers are appreciated. It’s a horrific tragedy.

Nike (All Time Fancy, shown below) is safe as he has his own home/pasture separate from the barn.

“We are devastated to say the least,” Peggy Knaus told GoHorseShow Friday afternoon. “None of our tack or equipment was insured. We lost everything we had. We would appreciate any hand me downs/donations. We don’t even own a halter.  The most important part to myself and my clients can’t be replaced. We love each one of the horses dearly.”

According to Knaus, the Fire Marshall deemed it accidental beginning in the office/shop area of the barn.

Knaus Show Horses is located in Cleveland, Missouri.
