GoHorseShow is pleased to announce their involvement with an exciting
new show created just for the exhibitor. The first annual, Show for
Dough
, which is an NSBA approved event, will be held May 8th through the 12th in Tunica,
Mississippi. GoHorseShow is a sponsor of this new event and we are thrilled to be co-sponsors with Equine Mega Omega of the $10,000 added
$2500 Limited Three Year-Old Pleasure Class.

“What makes our horse show stand alone is our one hundred percent payback policy,” says Brad Jewett, who along with David Dellin and Charles Cannizzaro are the three founders of the show. “In other words, one hundred percent of your entry fee goes back into the purse–that goes for the all around events as well.”

There will be horsemanship, showmanship, equitation, trail and western riding classes offered along with all of the pleasure and hunter under saddle futurity classes. Tim Kimura will be designing the trail patterns, and the show will also have a $2500 added Junior Green Trail Challenge. The esteemed judges for the show are Brett Clark, Rick Christy, Russ Smith, Mike Tivoli, Scott Neuman, and Clint Fullerton. The show will follow the NSBA Payout schedule.

“Transparency is very important to us,” Jewett states. “We just wanted to create a show where when the exhibitor walks out of the pen, win or lose, they can understand that the money paid out is the money that was paid in. Office fees, sponsors and stalls is where we will pay our judges, course designers, and staff.”

Jewett continues, “We are very blessed to have a staff that sees our vision and wants to see this show be successful. I can’t thank them enough. We feel if we do an honest job, people will get behind it and support it. In that same vein, it’s our hopes that people come, enjoy the competition and honestly leave with more money than they came with. As an all around trainer, I’m excited about the opportunity for all around competitors to come and compete for cash. For years, we’ve seen the pleasure and hunter under saddle competitors have the chance to earn money–with the NSBA offering non pro all around classes, we feel our show is going to be a fun change of pace from the all around grind.”

According to Jewett, interest has been outstanding so far for the show so please get your stall info in as soon as you can. Show for Dough also has sponsorships available at many different levels offering many different options from stall preference to VIP RV spots. Go to www.showfordough.com for all info.
