The American Quarter Horse Association office continues the process of overhauling the database and its associated systems to improve member services. Even though it’s taking longer than expected to achieve the desired efficiencies, we want to remind you that work is being completed, but AQHA is moving cautiously to ensure the accuracy of the transactions.
As a result, processing of payments received with work could be delayed. If your situation is an emergency, please let AQHA know by contacting AQHA Customer Service during normal business hours at (806) 376-4811.
Although AQHA’s online member services area remains unavailable, the online records research system has been reopened, with records current through December 31, 2012. Members are allowed access to the old records system to continue research during the upgrade. AQHA is offering all members a $20 credit to conduct research. To take advantage of the $20 in complimentary records, please log in here. This access is available to current AQHA members only. Member ID and PIN are required to log in.
While it has not yet been determined when the transition period will be complete, rest assured AQHA employees are working day and night to make it happen. AQHA apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciates your patience and understanding. With more than 6 million horse records and more than one million ownership entities, AQHA hopes you understand how important it is that the system functions correctly.
