Best Three Outoffour Purchased by Top Youth Competitor

GoHorseShow would like to congratulate AQHYA World Champion and 2011 Youth All Around Champion, Bree Tamulewicz on the purchase of Congress Hunter Under Saddle Winner, Best Three OutOfFour (Phelps). The 2007 sorrel gelding is by multiple World and Congress Champion sire, Hot N Blazing.

“Best Three OutOfFour is a great horse–he has proven himself a winner,” says, Hot N Blazing owner, Courtney Chappell. “As a two year old he won the Congress and Reichert Sale Slot Class. He has winnings of $15,680. His dam, Mysisteriscertifiable, is also a Congress winner, so naturally, we all had high expectations for him, which he definitely lived up to.”

Chappell adds, “I am really excited about the two full sisters, both bay yearlings. I own one and Katy Jo Davis owns one. We both have high expectations for these two. I am looking forward to seeing more win pictures of Phelps and his new owner this year, they will make a great team.”

Tamulewicz is well known in the industry for winning an AQHYA World Championship with Dark Jasmine in the Youth Western Pleasure as well as being the 2011 Youth High Point in the nation with Certify This Chex.

After focusing primarily on the all around and western pleasure over the past few years, Bree realized how much she missed the hunter under saddle after her previous horse, Hey Monn, won the Congress in the hunter under saddle. After searching for the right partner in her new adventure, she has teamed up with Phelps. Phelps has been under the guidance of Liz Baker since she purchased him as a yearling.

“I am very excited to see what the new team will do,” says Bree’s trainer, Liz Baker. “It will be great to work with such a talent hardworking rider as Bree. Phelps has big shoes to fill with all the family’s successful horses.”

Bree and her sister, Allie Tamulewicz, will be working under the guidance of Cole and Liz Baker of Ocala, Florida in western pleasure and hunter under saddle.

“I’m just so excited to be back in the hunter under saddle pen,” Bree told GoHorseShow. “Phelps is such a good horse–he just rides with us every stride. I’m incredibly thankful for this opportunity and I look forward to the show season with him, as well as my others!”
