At the beginning of the year, trainers, Reid Thomas, Scott Jones and Dave Miller merged their training operations and now train out of Double Diamond Ranch in Boerne, Texas. The newly formed, Showstring, will continue to focus on all-around events as well as futurity horses and fence events. Thomas, Jones, and Miller are currently looking for an assistant trainer that is accomplished in the all-around events and who is willing to train and help in all disciplines including the hunter under saddle, hunter events, and western pleasure.
