Gordyville USA Announces 2013 Show Schedule

“We are excited to continue collaborative efforts with the Indiana, Illinois and Illinois Youth Quarter Horse Associations for 2013,” says Gordyville Show Manager Jody Quiram. “Last year we processed 8000 entries on one weekend. It was a great show in March and combining with these associations pays off. We will continue our popular show packages and try to keep fees down for the exhibitors.”

Quiram continues, “We have added the rookie and leveling program to almost every class. AQHA Executive Director of Shows, Patti Carter Pratt will be at the first set of shows to help us implement these classes. We have included a $25 NSBA package for dual approved classes. Our hope is that it will help grow the entries and bring more attention to NSBA. They have a great incentive point payout.”

Their show season kicks off Feb 1-3, 2013. “I am really excited about our new schedule,” Quiram states. “We start just with the trail the evening before each show, and a split combined schedule follows over the weekend. This allows for people to be done showing at an earlier time where they can socialize or go out for dinner. Our schedule also allows people to be done showing by 3pm on Sunday and be able to get home early so they can go to work the next day and kids can get home for school.”
