AQHA is improving its communication with show managers to create better show experiences for members. You’ve probably experienced it time and time again – the networking that exists in the horse community, especially the American Quarter Horse community.
From my past as an AQHA judge and Professional Horseman, I came into my position as AQHA executive director of shows with a trailer-load of contacts from the show industry. That – combined with my desire to talk to exhibitors – helps create an environment for a lot of feedback from competitors. I’ll be honest – I like to hear positive comments, especially about competitors’ experiences at AQHA-approved shows.
