Brian Isbell is one of the very few individuals to have won the Congress in both Open English and western events. He is also the only homosexual man in the industry who is openly HIV positive. The Executive Committee met in Amarillo the week of April 11 to review and discuss all of the committee reports. Those items noted with Show Council review will be finalized during the July Executive Committee meeting. There was great discussion at the March Convention involving lip chains, performance halter, three rider rule, and Youth World Show qualifying. Let's see what the Executive Committee passed!
