More Kruzer Candids from The Florida Gold Coast

According to youth exhibitor Brooke Watson, the New Year’s Eve exhibitor party was a lot of fun. It was a “casino night” theme with dancing and great food. The Florida Quarter Horse Youth did a great job setting up the event and everyone was having a ball! There were different gambling tables set up where you could learn how to play and then buy chips to play with at the various tables. There was also a raffle for several great prizes that was organized by FQHYA.

“The music was great, everyone looked like they were having fun, and I had a blast!” Watson says. “Sabrina, Janis, and I took the dance floor by storm and we had a lot of fun, and there were fireworks nearby that you could see from the party.:

With great weather and nice class sizes, all the exhibitors at the Florida Gold Coast seem to be having a great time while picking up some points in three and four point classes. There was a Tim Kimura trail clinic the first day and everyone is now getting warmed up and ready to start the new year on a high note.

“The vendors at the horse show are so much fun to go and shop around at, they have some nice items for sale,” youth exhibitor Brooke Watson told GoHorseShow. “The saddles are always my favorite to go look at, always so beautiful. The show is running pretty efficiently too, not that many complaints that I’ve heard so far. This is my first time at this show, but my trainers Jim and Lisa Farrell of Durham, Connecticut are always here. I love it so far, the atmosphere is great and everyone is so friendly!”
