NSBA Closet Tackroom Drop Off Site at Congress

The NSBA Foundation is collecting donations of gently used show equipment and show clothes that will be forwarded to therapeutic riding facilities that have riders with disabilities who are interested in showing.

A drop off site will be provided in the NSBA booth during the All American Quarter Horse Congress. Show tack including new and used show saddles, head stalls and items such as halter or bridle bags, sheets, blankets and coolers that may have been won can be put to good use by therapeutic riding facilities.

Show outfits, both hunt seat and western and chaps of all sizes, youth through adult are needed. We have recently received a specific request for a cob size hunt seat bridle, romal reins, work saddles and size 82 and 84 sheets and winter blankets from one of the facilities. Upon the receipt of a donation form and donated items, a letter will be mailed to each donor which may be used for tax purposes. The NSBA is a 501( c ) (3)charitable organization.Donation forms will be available in the NSBA booth and are available on line at www.nsba.com.
