Attend the first ever Ring Steward and Scribe Seminar held in conjunction with the Judges Educational Seminar in March.
The American Quarter Horse Journal— Do you aspire to be a ring steward at AQHA and other breed-association shows? Even if you’re looking to learn more so you can be a ring steward for your affiliate or local club, AQHA’s Ring Steward Seminar is for you. The Ring Steward and Scribe seminar is March 17, 2011, at the Sheraton Grand Hotel at the Dallas-Fort Worth Airport in Irving, Texas, and will be held in conjunction with the March 14-16 Judges Educational Seminar.
With the increasing number of “scored” classes, accuracy in scribing, which is the written documentation or the judges’ maneuver scores and penalties, is a must. You will have the opportunity to scribe “scored” classes during the seminar, so you are confident when working your next event. Don’t miss this opportunity to learn from two of the best in the industry!
There are three attendance options, and you may want to consider attending both seminars so you can better understand the penalties and maneuver scores associated with each class held at AQHA shows:
- Judging seminar, March 14-16: $350
- Ring steward one-day seminar, March 17: $150
- Attend both seminars: $450
Be sure to register by February 28 to reserve your spot in this one-of-a-kind seminar.
