That Special Congress Feeling – A GoHorseShow Photo Essay by Mallory Beinborn

The All American Quarter Horse Congress is simply known by most as, The Congress.  But there is nothing simple about this amazing event.  For almost a month, horse enthusiasts from all over the globe call Columbus, Ohio their home.  They come from near and far, not just for that often once-in-a-lifetime dream of being named Congress champion, but to take in that unparalleled feeling one can only get at the Congress.  The sights, the sounds, the smells, the comradery, the competition, the feeling.  The Congress.

Although nothing compares to being there in person, photographer Mallory Beinborn captured a glimpse of that special Congress feeling in her photo essay for GoHorseShow.

“The Congress is always a very touching time for me and it’s an honor to be able to capture some of the love and excitement poured into this event by so many,” Mallory told GoHorseShow.
