Ken and Marilyn Masterson, and everyone at Masterson Farms, are sad to announce the passing of Brandys Silver Sheik due to complications of her advanced age. This 2000 gray Mare by Zippos Sheik out of Brandys Gold Finger, has always been one of our most beloved mares. Bred always to RL Best Of Sudden, she has produced multiple World and Congress Champions and foals earning over $310,000.
Among her many successful foals, Snap Krackle Pop was notably the AQHA Superhorse in 2015 and 2016 as well as the dam of the 2021 Superhorse Snap It Send It and multiple World and Congress Champions. Among many others to achieve success are KM Brandy Girl, Catch Twenty Two, Snapin It Best and Tootsee Roll.
“Brandy was a fixture at our Farm given her sweetness and affinity for people. She loved her people and she will always be missed,” noted Ken.
