GoHorseShow is proud to announce a new chapter for its media team with the addition of Lucy Geweke as Media Manager and the promotion of Keagan Phillips to Media Director. With their combined passion and talent, Keagan and Lucy are poised to enhance GoHorseShow’s already industry-leading show coverage, digital storytelling, and media reach. Making their debut at this year’s AQHYA World Show in Oklahoma City, this new duo is set to add to GoHorseShow’s multiple media platforms, which already garner tens of millions of views annually.
Lucy Geweke, originally from Ord, Nebraska, and now living in Okemah, Oklahoma, brings fresh energy, show ring accomplishments, and a lifelong love for the horse show industry. “One of my main goals is to continue building a digital presence that feels both professional and personal, where people come, not just for results or highlights, but for stories, connection, and inspiration,” Lucy shared. “I want my work with the GoHorseShow brand to reflect the heart of the industry: the people and the horses, but most importantly, the passion that drives it all.”
Lucy’s journey into equine photography and videography began in college when she first picked up a camera for fun. That creative outlet quickly grew into a deep devotion for storytelling through her talented lens. Her work celebrates the big wins, but also the heartfelt connections and behind-the-scenes moments that make the horse show world special. “A single video or photo can become the highlight of someone’s day,” she says. “That’s the kind of impact I love being part of.”
As Media Manager, Lucy will be on location at many of the industry’s major shows, capturing real-time stories, results, and special moments for GoHorseShow’s vibrant online community. Her focus is on continuing to create a digital presence that feels both professional and personal – a space where viewers feel connected and inspired.

An accomplished equestrian herself, Lucy won the Amateur Equitation and Amateur All-Around with Sheza Mac Special at the L1 Championships. She was also reserve champion in the L1 Amateur Showmanship at the AQHA World Show with VS Born This Way. That hands-on experience, combined with her talent and enthusiasm for the industry, makes Lucy the perfect fit for this new role.
“We couldn’t be more excited to add Lucy to the mix,” says Suzannah Fuhrman, GoHorseShow’s co-founder and Executive Vice President. “For 17 years, GoHorseShow has been at the forefront of horse show media. As we continue to thrive and grow as a business, it’s essential that our team continues to grow as well. Our digital reach is the best in the industry and with the addition of of Lucy, and her incredible talent and dedication, we intend to keep it that way.”
Supporting Lucy in her new position is Keagan Phillips, a valued team member who, after two very successful years as Media Manager, has been promoted to Media Director. Keagan’s transition comes at a pivotal time, both professionally and personally, as she and her husband, Luke recently welcomed their baby daughter, Hallie.

“The move into a director role came naturally,” Keagan explains. “It allows me to stay deeply involved in the creative side of GoHorseShow while finding a better balance at home. I may not be at every show all the time in person, but I’m still hands-on with content planning, editing, and helping ensure everything we produce is true to our brand.”
“Keagan has been an integral part of our team and nobody deserves a promotion more than she does,” Suzannah gushes. “She’s the GOAT, the absolute best at what she does, but even more than that, she’s become like family. Elevating her to a bigger role was a no-brainer and we are thrilled to bring the Keagan and Lucy tandem to the horse shows as part of Team Green. I am truly grateful and humbled every day at what an amazing team we have at GoHorseShow.”
Keagan and Lucy have already begun collaborating closely to ensure a smooth and successful transition. While Lucy will take the lead on in-person coverage, Keagan will continue to provide mentorship, guidance, and creative oversight from a strategic level. Their partnership is rooted in trust, teamwork, and a shared vision for excellence.
“I’ve been in Lucy’s shoes, and I know how fast-paced the horse show world can be,” Keagan says. “My goal is to make sure she always feels supported. I’ll be there to help prioritize projects, offer feedback, and brainstorm fresh ideas, but also to empower her to bring her own voice and vision to the role. She’s already doing an incredible job and I have full confidence that Lucy is the perfect fit for this role.”
Together, Lucy and Keagan will continue to deliver the authentic, entertaining and high-quality coverage for which GoHorseShow is known, while building a media experience that reflects the passion, grit, and heart of the horse show community. Congratulations to both!
