Each year, one youth leader who has gone the extra mile is selected to receive the Wrangler Youth Leader of the Year in Honor of Roger Elder award.
This year’s Wrangler Youth Leader of the Year in Honor of Roger Elder Award goes to someone who has impacted the lives of numerous AQHYA members. Business owner, real estate broker, full-time mom – all titles this dedicated youth leader holds, and each a full-time job on their own, but she continues to volunteer hours on end to serve her local Quarter Horse community. Her passion for growing youth involvement is evident through her fun and joyful attitude, welcoming youth to the affiliate and encouraging their participation, creating a culture of excellence and success locally, regionally, and nationally.
Please help congratulate the 2023 Wrangler Youth Leader of the Year in Honor of Roger Elder, from the Washington Quarter Horse Association – Alefa Eserjose.
