Holiday Classic is Back at New Location

After a two year break, the MAQHA Holiday Classic is back at a new location. Make plans to attend.

Starkville, MSPlans are underway for the Mississippi Amateur Quarter Horse Association’s Holiday Classic horse show. After a two year break, the Holiday Classic is back at a new location. The Mississippi Horse Park in Starkville, MS will host the two day show December 10 & 11, 2022. This will be the first show of the 2023 season for the Mississippi Quarter Horse Association, but may be the last show in the area before the end of AQHA show year.

The Mississippi Horse Park has many horse events at their facility. Amenities include a total of 133 RV hook ups, with 87 of them located directly in front of barns- 30 are 30 amp with water and 57 are 30/50 amp with water. There are 338 total stalls available with attached wash bays. There are PA systems throughout the barns. Shower and restroom facilities are available on the grounds as well as a dump station.

Brooke Ware, Show Chairman says “We are thankful to be able to offer this show again. It’s been a long two years off. However, we are ready to have you join us. We will have all around classes in western and English, AQHA Ranch Trail, AQHA Ranch Riding, Reining and speed events. High Point award will be issued in 9 levels. We have a great lineup of judges and staff, and a great facility to ensure a wonderful show experience. We hope to see you December 10 & 11 in Starkville, MS.”
