Helpful information:
· OQHA no longer requires one payment per agent packet. Agents can submit multiple checks, money orders or credit cards from individual clients. HOWEVER, entries must be submitted in same envelope for stalling purposes.
· Entries will not be processed without a copy of horse’s current registration papers. If the papers are currently being transferred, etc., during time of entry, you must bring the updated papers to the Congress Entry Office to receive your back number.
· All futurity and stakes entries will require a Certificate of Eligibility (COE). Horses holding a current BCF or SIF certificate will satisfy this requirement. For more information please contact the NSBA office.
· Entries will not be processed without a copy of all owners’ (NSBA or NRHA) and exhibitors’ (AQHA, NRHA or NSBA) (all that apply) current membership cards. Level 1 (Novice) exhibitors, please include a copy of your eligibility from the AQHA website. If you do not have the current cards at entry time, you must bring them to the Congress Entry Office to receive your back number.
· All horses entered in Performance Halter classes must send a copy of the horse’s AQHA Register of Merit (ROM) or a copy of the horse’s official points from the official AQHA website with entries
