APHA’s Midwest Regional Clubs to Debut Exciting New Joint Show Series
Cloverdale, IN, 3/21/21 — The four regional paint horse clubs that makeup APHA’s “Zone 8” have collaborated to create an exciting new joint-event series called the Great 8 Midwest Connection. The circuit includes three 4-judge Paint-o-Rama horse shows, which will be jointly hosted by the regional shows.
The circuit series builds on the success of events that were jointly hosted in 2019 and 2020 by participating Zone 8 regional paint clubs. Zone 8 regional paint horse clubs hosted the #1 (Fall Color Classic, Michigan Paint Horse Club) and #11 (Border Bash, Michigan/Ohio Paint Horse Clubs) horse shows for 2020.
Exhibitors must become members of the Ohio, Michigan, and Indiana paint horse clubs and show at 2 of the 3 events in the series in order to qualify for the circuit series awards. These qualifying members will be competing for custom high point saddles provided by JR Wenger as well as custom reserve high point awards. High point and reserve high point awards will be awarded in 6 divisions. Other awards featured will be custom GIST belt buckles and circuit awards for every class on the showbill.
