Bidding Closes Today – Utah State University Production Sale


“Buyers can bid on outstanding prospects and broodmares by some of the leading stallions in the Cutting, Reining, Ranch and Cow Horse industries,” announces Mike Jennings of Professional Horse Services, LLC that is providing the bidding platform for the auction.

BIDDING is OPEN NOW and CLOSES on Tuesday, November 3 at 7:00 PM MOUNTAIN time.

The performance broodmares offered include Broodmares by Hes A Peptospoonful, Chromed Out Mercedes Smart Little Jerry that are bred to HF Mobster, Dual R Smokin, Metallic Whip (by Metallic Cat) & RS Lights Are On, including:

Lot No. 1 – Spoonin. A 2003 mare (Hes A Peptospoonful x Shania Cee) NCHA $15,442. Out of NCHA Futurity Champion. 2nd dam LYNX MELODY, NCHA Futurity Champion and an NCHA Leading Dam. Bred to DUAL R SMOKIN.

Lot No. 5 – ThisMercedesHasClass, a 2011 mare (Cromed Out Mercedes x JD Class Act) NRHA money earner. Shown in Intercollegiate Horse Show Association. Half sister to IM A CLASSY WHIZ, NRHA $46,959: finalist in the NRHA Int. Open Futurity. Bred to HF MOBSTER.

Yearling prospects for Reining, Cow Horse, Cutting and Ranch events are sired by HASHTAGS, WOODY BE TUFF, WR THIS CATS SMART, SANNMAN and out of proven mares:

Lot No. 2 – USU Blacked Out Cat, a 2019 black stallion (Hashtags x Laredo Dry Sis) Sire: $478,571, 2017 NCHA Super Stakes Open Champion.  Dam is by Laredo Blue, Laredo Blue, $301,660, NCHA Horse of the Year.
