As we head into the heart of the summer show season and prepare for the upcoming World Shows, GoHorseShow is happy to be celebrating GoMag’s 11th birthday. June 1, 2008 was the inaugural publish date of GoMag, and on that day, the first digital magazine of its kind in the show horse industry was born.
One hundred thirty two issues later, we are continually grateful to our loyal readers and advertisers for helping GoMag maintain its position as the online industry leader. Best of luck to everyone competing this summer and here’s to another great year.

About the cover
The June GoMag cover duo is youth competitor Lillian Woodruff of Atlanta, Georgia with her show partner Sleepin With My Boots On. The 2007 AQHA Mare is sired by Too Sleepy To Zip and out of Lope In My Boots.
“We call her Faith, but she is affectionately known as ‘Brown Cow.’ She joined our family in October of 2016,” Lillian told us. “I’ve been riding her for over two years, and I’ve been lucky enough to win multiple World Championship titles with her.”
Currently under the guidance of Clint Ainsworth Show Horses, Lillian is concentrating on competing at the AQHA shows this year, as well as the NSBA World Show.
“We have been working hard to continue to develop my skills and knowledge so that I am a confident and successful rider. Clint has such a talent and is very serious, dependable, patient, and quite funny. Plus, he can get my sweet Brown Cow to excel in the showmanship,” says the 17-year-old, who plans to attend college in 2020.
“Faith tries to come across as being a bit grumpy and sassy, but that doesn’t last long if you have a peppermint in your pocket. I’m enjoying this journey with her as I’m growing as a rider and she continues to advance her skills in trail and western riding.”
Last year, Lillian showed her paint horse Gametime Sensation to multiple wins. This summer will be different as she will be focusing on showing Faith at the Big A in Georgia to prepare for the AQHYA World Championship and NSBA World Show.
“I’d like to thank everyone who has helped me along my journey and those who continue to help me to achieve my goals. A huge thank you to everyone at Clint Ainsworth Show Horses, my parents, siblings, my Round Meadow Ranch family, my horse show friends, and all of the judges, show coordinators and volunteers who make every show possible.
