From Animal Hope and Wellness Foundation:
There are a handful of trucks leaving tonight headed for Nebraska to help in the midst of the devastating floods that have claimed thousands of lives in the Midwest. These animals, some of them have been without food for six days.
Our organization will be landing on the ground this week, working to help animals find refugee and safety. AHL member Mel Sobolewski will be driving in medical supplies, that we will dispense to those in need and work to treat the suffering.
For those looking to support the effort, donations can be made to groups on the ground zero. Or sent to our organization via a donation specifying Nebraska Relief (Venmo @AnimalHopeAndWellness).
