GoFundMe Set Up to Help Nancy Sue Ryan

From close friend: Amy Mackie Smith

As many of you already know, our friend, trainer, judge and fellow horseman, Nancy Sue Ryan was involved in an accident at this years All American Quarter Horse Congress.

While warming up one of her horses in the busy Denny Hales arena, Nancy Sue was accidently struck by another horse which resulted in a displacement and fracture of her proximal tibia.

She was rushed to Ohio State Univerisity Wenxner where she underwent extensive surgery to repair her severe fracture. In order to repair the break, Doctors had to place 12 pins and a plate to stabalize her.

After surgery she was transferred to Dodd Rehabilitation Hospital where she will remain until November 14th. Due to the seriousness of her injuries she was not able to travel home to Texas with her family.

Nancy Sue will not be able to walk or weight bare for 12 weeks. For those that know Nancy Sue well, this is going to be HARD!
We all know how fast medical bills add up, especially when they are of this magnitude.

Please consider giving help to Nancy Sue. She is someone who has given so much to our equine industry and has a heart of gold for every animal, big or small. Thank Y’all for anything you can do, and keep sending those prayers and thoughts.
