Multiple World Champion Sire Kids Classic Style is Euthanized

GoHorseShow is sad to report that multiple World Champion and World Champion sire, Kids Classic Style, was euthanized due to complications with a leg injury. The 1996 buckskin stallion by Kid Clu and out of Tootsy Rolls Redford, was bred by Zumbrun Quarter Horses of Greenville, Ohio. “Bucky” was owned by Thomas Scheckel of Bellvue, Iowa who had purchased him from Kenny and Kara Mills in July, 2008.

“We decided to put him to sleep this morning,” Scheckel told GoHorseShow on Wednesday. “He was one-of-a-kind, and an amazing sire.”

Understandably emotional about his passing, Scheckel told GoHorseShow that he was currently on the way home from the vet clinic to bury Bucky at his farm.
