March Spring Shows Issue of GoMag Online Now!

Growth is something that we continually strive for and the March issue of GoMag is a true testament to our advertisers who believe in and support this growing magazine.  At nearly 150 pages, the March 2010 issue is three times bigger than the previous year. It is also the second largest issue we have ever published, just behind the Congress 2009 issue.  We have so many people to thank for our growth – from the many loyal advertisers whom have been with us from the word “Go” to the many new faces we see for the first time this month.

Out with the cold and in with the warm as we kick off March with our spring shows issue of GoMag. The month’s cover features Amateur All-Around exhibitor Brittany Boyd and her AQHA gelding Dont Skip My Charms on the beach near their home in Corpus Christi, Texas.

Brittany and “Chester” were meant for each other. After purchasing Chester just 2 years ago, the 2002 gelding and Brittany quickly became the most promising up-and-coming all-around team in the Novice Amateur division. At Brittany’s Congress debut in 2008, the pair came home with a Congress Championship in Novice Amateur Equitation, a Reserve Congress Championship in Novice Western Riding as well as the coveted Congress Novice Amateur All-Around title.

Shortly after, Brittany graduated from college and set her sights on pursuing her dream as an amateur rider. “I’m so blessed to have such an amazing and talented horse. He never ceases to amaze me,” says Brittany. She and Chester are now 5-time Congress Champions having won the Amateur Versatility in 2009, as well as several other top tens and circuit Amateur All-Around titles.

Watch for this charming duo under the guidance of Reid Thomas Performance Horses in 2010 as they pursue their dream of a World Championship title – and maybe even the title of World All-Around Amateur!
