The 2010 Southern Belle Invitation, one of the classiest and best run horse shows in the country, will be held on July 14-18 in Tunica, Mississippi. Connie Hill, Chris Cecil-Darnell and Mike Coggin are now accepting your first payments for the $200,000 Premier Breeder's 3 Year Old $2,500 Novice Horse Class. Don't delay, the entry fee goes up March 15th.

Judges for the 2010 Southern Belle are: Dolly Chayer, Rick Christy, Buddy Fisher, Robin Griggs, Doug Huls, Brent Tincher, Greg Wheat, Tracy Willis.

The eligibility for this class will include:

1. A three year old horse that MUST be an offspring of a participating Southern Belle Breeder's Stallion (click here to see the list of participating breeders),
2. The horse may not have earned more than $2,500 in its two year old year in an under saddle western pleasure event
3. The horse many not have earned more than 10 points in an under saddle western pleasure event.
4. Points from all divisions cumulative - youth, amateur, open and green - will count. Novice points will not count.
5. The horse is to be named no later than June 15, 2010.
6. Rider is to be named at the show.
7. This class is NSBA sanctioned.

The Southern Belle is offering a lump sum payment or 3 payment plan for your convenience. The first payment of $1500 must be received by March 15, second payment $1000 by April 15 and the final payment $1000 by May 15. Any late or missed payments will allow us to resell the spot and will results in forfeiture of all funds paid to date.
