But as Steve himself boldly boasts, his boss Cecilia Hylton is one of the coolest people he knows. She takes great care of him, lets him do his job, places an emphasis on all the right things and just plain treats him right. In return, Steve takes great care of Cecilia and her horses and a solid business partnership prevails.
