Kim Rich Memorial Green Pleasure Class Moves to Pro Am Circuit

“I am really excited to have the Kim Rich Memorial Green Western Pleasure at the Pro Am Circuit in Conyers, Georgia on April 14-16th,” says Jan Shepherd Pittman, who was responsible for forming this class to honor her late friend who passed away in September of 2013. Pittman lives in Panama City Florida and currently owns and stands the stallion, VS Code Blue.

The winner of the Green Western Pleasure class is guaranteed to win a minimum of $3,000.00. Horses placing second through 5th place will split the entry fees and 6th through 10th will receive their entry fee money back. The winner will also receive a free ad from GoHorseShow.

β€œIt is a great tribute to the memory of a great horsewoman, friend, mom, and daughter,” Pittman says. β€œI know Kim is smiling down upon us.”

Please go to the Kim Rich Green Western Pl GoFundMe account if you would like to donate to the purse. This will be the fourth year of this class which was held at the Alabama Summer Sizzler the past three years.

“I am so grateful to the Rich Family, Jean Brooks, The Pittman Ranch, and Mike Hay for helping keep Kim’s memory alive. Thank you to the Georgia Quarter Horse Association for hosting this great event,” Pittman states.
