The Rock Candids & Results from Lucky 7 Classic

The Lucky 7 Classic Horse Show in Murfreesboro, Tennessee was held May 5-8 and is growing every year due to great show management, fabulous prizes and lots of points up for grabs. Last year, it was ranked sixth on AQHA’s Top 10 show list of the year. This year was no exception with steep competition in all disciplines. The show was webcast and they also gave away a Harris Leather and Silverworks work saddle and halter in a random drawing. April Speyer won the saddle while Jennifer Atwood came away with the silver halter.

“The Lucky 7 Classic was a great show drawing exhibitors from all across the country,” says, Amateur Ashley Hadlock who shows Touched N Moonlite in the all around events. “Great Southern hospitality was proven all weekend with free exhibitor meals each day and many prizes given in every class. The largest class was the Senior Trail with an impressive 45 entries!”

The judges for the show included: Terry Cross, Tonya Brown, Kelly McDowall, Mark Sheridan, Kelly Boles Chapman and Jennifer Leckey. There was a hospitality tent and a snack wagon to treat all the exhibitors with snacks and drinks and well as fun events each night. The Sweet Shoppe made its second appearance all the way from Ohio.
